⠀ ⠀⠀Han Sejin was suffering from a mental disorder called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). The DID he suffered from caused by his childhood bullying experiences. It became more severe when his father continuously abused him and his sister.

⠀ ⠀⠀Sejin can’t remember anything that he did when his alter takes control. Leaving him completely clueless to whatever he had done. He also has absolutely no control of his own body and mind when the alter emerges.

⠀ ⠀⠀All of his personalities weren’t born as a ‘new’ personality, they were rather looks like some pieces of Sejin’s fragmented personalities. Therefore, it was also known as Split Personality, because each of his alters were born from Sejin’s own personalities.

⠀ ⠀⠀His alters mostly emerge when they were triggered by certain stressors. But sometimes, one of them can emerges without any trigger, in other words, it is powerful enough to summon itself out.

⠀ ⠀⠀Only V—the most dangerous alter, can do that.

⠀ ⠀⠀However, Han Sejin—the primary personality, might be able to be summoned out by calling out his full name, when one of the alters was controlling his body.

⠀ ⠀⠀Han Sejin was pretty much replaced by the most dominant alter—Stevan. The last time Han Sejin appear was 11th of June 2013—right before V took control and killed his father, and ever since that day, Stevan has been dealing everything in Sejin’s life, living as him.

⠀ ⠀⠀He was the only alter that is able to control other alter so that they won’t appear too long once they were triggered out. But of course, except V. He appear and disappear on his own will, no one could ever control him.

⠀ ⠀⠀Yet, still, Stevan tried very hard so that V won’t appear when he was with someone he treasured the most—Ong Jaewon. Because he knew, V despises Jaewon very much.

⠀ ⠀⠀Dissociative Identity Disorder—formerly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder— is a severe condition in which two or more distinct identities or personality states, are present in—and alternately take control of—an individual.

⠀ ⠀⠀Some people describe this as an experience of possession in which the person suffering from this can’t control their body when the alter emerges.

⠀ ⠀⠀The person also experiences memory loss that is too extensive to be explained by ordinary forgetfulness. The person can’t remember anything he did when the alter ego takes control.

⠀ ⠀⠀DID is more to an identity fragmentation rather than a proliferation of separate personalities—therefore it was also called Split Personality.

⠀ ⠀⠀DID can be caused by trauma or other forms of stress. Certain circumstances or stressors can cause a particular alter ego to emerge.

⠀ ⠀⠀Each of the alters have their own identity (name, age, gender, sexuality, even race). They also may experienced as if they has a distinct history, self-image, and identity.

⠀ ⠀⠀Some alters may deny knowledge of one another, be critical of one another or appear to be in open conflict.

First encountered: November 27th, 2003

⠀ ⠀⠀Stevan is the most dominant alter—or in other words the main alter. He literally took control of everything in Sejin’s life ever since he was locked up in a mental hospital.

⠀ ⠀⠀Even though Sejin has never showed up for the past 5 years, Stevan wasn’t the reason behind it. He doesn’t even know why Sejin refuses to take control of his own body after the incident where V killed his father.

⠀ ⠀⠀Stevan first encountered when Sejin was being bullied severely by his schoolmates. He suddenly emerges and ‘saved’ Sejin’s life from being beaten up to death. Even though he was living in Little Sejin’s body, he already have his own perception of age—23 years old. Therefore, he was able to easily win any fight with whoever tried to bully Sejin.

⠀ ⠀⠀He was the first alter to emerges, and was the most frequently encountered alter. Sejin who was still a little boy at that moment, think of him as his guardian angel who will always be there to protect him.

⠀ ⠀⠀Stevan was very good at fighting with an empty hand but sucks at using weaponry to fight—such as knives, guns, etc. He also has a highly genius way of thinking, making him able to be one of the most valuable hacker in South Korea. He is able to find literally anything in anywhere beyond the internet, people called him the God of The Internet.

⠀ ⠀⠀The Government, cops, even criminals have used his skill to accomplish their goals. And of course he did it for money.

⠀ ⠀⠀V is the most dangerous and powerful alter that Sejin’s ever has. He was highly disturbed and sadistic as he could literally kill anyone who is in front of him.

⠀ ⠀⠀V was the only alter who could emerges without any trigger and disappeared without any command. However, because of Stevan’s dominance, lately V couldn’t emerges at anytime he wants.

⠀ ⠀⠀V was first encountered when Sejin’s father was abusing his sister. He was first triggered by the anger inside Sejin’s pure heart. The anger consumed him completely, but what he doesn’t know is that the anger actually build a monster inside of him—V.

⠀ ⠀⠀After killing his father mercilessly, V purposely lets Sejin takes control once again because he wanted to make Sejin behold how monstrous and evil he could be.

⠀ ⠀⠀Later, when Sejin was locked up in the mental hospital—or shall I say, Stevan, since he was the alter who have been controling Sejin’s body after the incident, V frequently emerges and killed the other patient in the mental hospital.

⠀ ⠀⠀He claimed that he did that to satisfy sejin’s anger for being locked up in the dungeon-like hospital.

⠀ ⠀⠀After he ran away from the mental hospital, V becoming more and more powerful. He emerges way more frequent than before.

⠀ ⠀⠀Unlike other serial killers, V kills without any motive but a perfect pattern. His method of killing tends to be very manipulative as he likes to leave fake traces just to confuse any cops and detectives who will be dealing with his murder case.

⠀ ⠀⠀Tata was the fourth alter to emerges. His first trigger was when Sejin reminded of his little sister—young Han Seojin, when he was still in the mental hospital.

⠀ ⠀⠀He used to play with other little boys in the mental hospital whenever he has been triggered out.

⠀ ⠀⠀However, after he got out of the mental hospital, Tata rarely emerges. He claimed that he refuses to ‘go out’ again because he was afraid of the outside world. Because he thought people might think that he is insane for claiming that he is 6 years old with a body of an adult.

⠀ ⠀⠀He was favored the most by Stevan and Isaac. He think of Stevan as his own father, and Isaac as his friend.

⠀ ⠀⠀Vin was the third alter to emerged. He was first triggered by the sight of his father dying in front of him, and bloods on his own hands. The terrified look on his sister’s face made it worse. Sejin’s guilty feeling is what brought Vin to life.

⠀ ⠀⠀He was also the one who controls Sejin’s body when he tried to commit suicide by jumping off the construction building to the river.

⠀ ⠀⠀Vin had a schizophrenia, he constantly hears voices, having episodes of hallucination, and even have a strong feeling of regret, which leads to proliferation suicidal thoughts.

⠀ ⠀⠀He often did selfharm, and is highly afraid of the outside world. Whenever he was triggered out, Vin would likely to hide in anywhere possible.

First encountered: March 13th, 2015

⠀ ⠀⠀Hiro was the second most despised alter right below V—who is the most dangerous and despised. Stevan rarely let him emerges after getting triggered but still, Hiro was strong enough to disobey Stevan.

⠀ ⠀⠀The first time he was encountered was when a young lady accidentally fell in front of him, her skirt got lifted up, exposing almost every part of her butt and her thigh. The switching begin when Stevan was in control at the moment.

⠀ ⠀⠀Sejin's inner desire is what makes the new alter—Hiro to emerges.

⠀ ⠀⠀Even though he wasn’t as harmful and dangerous as V, Hiro was still quite harmful as he could literally tied up any women and rape her to satisfy his desire.

⠀ ⠀⠀Despite all of that, Hiro may also be able to act as a normal people just like Stevan, making him hard to undergo any switch or in other words—get replaced by another alter.

⠀ ⠀⠀Heojun was the alter that has a lot of similarity with Vin. Both are having a social anxiety but Heojun’s was way more severe.

⠀ ⠀⠀It all started when Sejin was severely abused by the other patient in the mental hospital who claimed that they didn’t want Sejin to keep living in that place. They were all scared of him—of V, scared of being his next victim.

⠀ ⠀⠀So they abused him, hoping maybe someday he will commit suicide, hoping maybe someday Vin will emerges again and actually kill himself this time.

⠀ ⠀⠀This incident, instead, has build another alter—Heojun, a young man with a very high insecurities and social anxiety. He was afraid of human, so he befriend animals—such as cats, dogs, and rats.

⠀ ⠀⠀Whenever he emerges, Heojun will always avoid having contact with people. He became very anxious whenever someone tried to get close to him.

⠀ ⠀⠀He have no friend, and he doesn’t want to make one. Even with other alters, he never seem to interact with them and rarely hears voices of other alters in his head.

⠀ ⠀⠀But when he does hear other alters' voices inside his head, he will become highly agitated and anxious. The alters that often speak inside his head was V—because he knew Heojun will suffer from it and he very much liked the sight of it.
